In order to enrich the cultural life of employees, promote team spirit, facilitate communication among employees, and increase cohesion, the first tug of war competition of Jiangxi Arctic Ocean Industrial Co., Ltd. was held as scheduled at 4:30 pm on June 20th. The competition was very intense and achieved complete success.

On the day of the competition, staff from the administrative and production departments arrived at the competition venue in advance to carry out pre match arrangements together. This competition adopts a best of three format, with both sides exchanging venues after each game.

In the afternoon of that day, the participating teams arrived early at the competition venue, with seven teams of 15 people in place one by one, ready to fight and full of fighting spirit. The cheerleaders cheering and cheering outside are even more enthusiastic. As the referee blew a whistle, the players from both sides tightly grasped the rope, shouted slogans, gritted their teeth, and pulled the rope back with all their might, refusing to yield to each other.

Seven teams presented exciting confrontations for everyone, and in the end, the engineering and quality group, office equipment group, and women's group representative teams won first, second, and third place respectively in the tug of war competition.

We adhered to the principle of "friendship first, competition second" in this tug of war competition, which not only enhanced the sense of unity and cooperation among company employees, strengthened the collective sense of honor and cohesion of the department, but also highlighted the vibrant spirit of the Arctic Ocean.
